Q: Can my order be shipped?

    A: Yes. We offer USPS & UPS shipping which can be chosen at checkout. However, there are a few select items that are not able to be shipped. This will be noted in the item description. 


    Q: How much does it cost to get something engraved?

      A: Our engraving fees start at $10.00 and go up from there depending on the product.

      Q: Can you engrave my personal items?

        A: We recommend bringing your product by our store so we can see/feel the product before quoting you or letting you know if it is something we can engrave.

        Q: How do I personalize an item with a logo?

        A: If you have a logo that you would like on a certain product, please email the logo to sales@mceversawards.org along with your order number that is provided at check out. Logos need to be provided in the highest resolution possible, preferably a .eps or a .PNG file. 

        Q: Are there any restrictions in the Text/Images that I can use to personalize my items?

        A: Yes. For example, large amounts of text are not recommended for small products. If we believe that your engraving details contain excessive text, we can provide our professional recommendation for text on that specific product. Excessive text may require an additional fee.

        Q: How can I give more specific engraving instructions?

        A: If additional/extensive details or artwork are needed for your order, please email  the instructions to sales@mceversawards.org along with your order number that is provided at check out. 

        Q: Can I engrave my own logo/custom artwork on my items?

        A: Yes! Please email your artwork to sales@mceversawards.org along with your order number and specific engraving instructions. Please see the artwork requirements below.

        Original artwork is required for all processes.

        Artwork copied from apps and the internet are not acceptable as those are view only images with low resolution.

        Scanned photos must be a minimum of 300 DPI.

        Logos - Vector formats are our preferred format for most of our engraving processes. These types of files are created with programs like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. We like these files because they can be enlarged and colorfilled with no breakdown in quality.

        Common Vector formats - .eps, .pdf, .ai, .cdr for PC, not MAC.

        Photos -  Best Quality - .tif most widely used format for images with the least quality loss.

                       Second Best - .png has less quality loss than .jpeg.

                       Last - .jpeg has compression that may alter and lower image quality.

         All custom artwork is subject to additional fees, starting at $10. Please let us know if you have any further questions.


        Q: Can I cancel my order after its placed?

          A: No. You cannot cancel your order after it is placed. If you have concerns with your order, please contact us.

          Q: What kinds of payment do you accept?

            A: We accept Visa, Discover, Amex, MasterCard, Paypal and Company/Organization checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

            Q: When will my order be ready?

            A: We have a 5 business day turnaround time. You will be notified via phone or email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. 

            *NOTE: Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be considered placed the following business day.*

            Q: Can I rush my order?

            A: If you would like your order before the 5-business day turnaround time, please contact our office for your request. Depending on manufacturing and product availability, your order may be rushed for an estimated additional fee. Rush fees may be higher or lower and will be only quoted from our office staff. Estimated Rush Fees are shown below:

            • Same Day - 25% of Order Total ($20 Minimum)
            • 24 Hour Guarantee - 20% of Order Total ($15 Minimum)
            • 48 Hour Guarantee - 15% of Order Total ($10 Minimum)
            • Less Than 5 Days Guarantee - 10% of Order Total ($5 Minimum)

            Q: Do I have to pick up my order the day that I am notified?

              A: No. We hold your product(s) for 30 days. Items will be discarded if not picked up within the 30 day period.

              Q: Can I order by telephone?

              A: No. All engraving details must be provided in writing either through the website when ordering, or sent to sales@mceversawards.org.

              Q: What is your return policy?

              A: No refunds/returns. ALL SALES FINAL. 


              Q: Where are you located?

              A: We are located in Carrollton, Georgia at the end of the Carrollton Bypass behind City Station in the Food Depot Shopping Center. 

              Q: How much are trophies?

                A: Our trophies start at $6.50 and go up from there depending on what you choose. All of our trophy prices include engraving.

                Q: How much are plaques?

                A: Plaques start at $11.70 and go up from there depending on the size of the plaque. There is a one time set-up/artwork fee for new orders. Set-up/artwork fees start at $5.00 and go up from there depending on the size of the plaque. More information about plaques can be found here.

                Q: Can I set up a tax-exempt account?

                A: If you would like to set up a tax-exempt account with us, please email your completed ST-5 form to sales@mceversawards.org for approval prior to placing your order.
