• This Simulated Walnut Perpetual Plaque is 9" x 12" w/ Beveled Edges.
• It has 12 black (2 1/2” x 1 1/4”) engraving perpetual plates.
• The plate options are black w/ gold engraving or black w/ silver engraving.
• The price includes your header plate engraving.
• Please select the number of plates you would like engraved from the Perpetual Plate Engraving dropdown menu.

LOGO/ARTWORK

• Artwork should be uploaded in the highest resolution. The original format that your artwork was created in is the best file to upload. Vector format is our preferred format. Common Vector formats are: .eps, pdf, .ai & .png.

To get a future perpetual plate engraved:
- Mail us or bring in one of the existing blank plates from your plaque.
- Include your order #, engraving information and return address (if mailing plate).
- We will send you an invoice once we have received your plate.
- Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving plate for your order to be complete.
